About Faculty

The Faculty of Electronic Technologies, Autotransport and Mechanical Engineering stands as one of the cornerstone divisions of the university, inheriting a rich history that dates back to the establishment of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 1961. Over the decades, through strategic realignments aimed at meeting industry demands, various technological and transport disciplines were integrated, leading to the formation of the modern Faculty. This continuous evolution represents a proactive alignment with global industrial shifts, ensuring the preparation of professionals capable of driving technological progress, automating production, and implementing smart engineering solutions.
The educational process at the Faculty is driven by an elite academic team, comprising distinguished professors, industry experts, and certified researchers, with a vast majority holding advanced PhD and Doctoral degrees. Faculty Committee

The Faculty of Electronic Technologies, Autotransport and Mechanical Engineering operates under a well-structured governance framework composed of specialized boards and councils. The Faculty’s Academic Council acts as the primary decision-making organ, steering its educational pathways and scientific endeavors. Quality assurance in teaching and curriculum design is strictly monitored by the Methodological Committee, while the Student Council serves as a vibrant platform that champions student voices, leadership, and grassroots initiatives. The training of specialists is provided by a highly qualified teaching staff. The faculty employs five professors and six academicians of branch academies. More than 70% of the teaching staff have scientific degrees and academic titles.

During the existence of the faculty, more than 5,000 specialists have been trained. Among them are political figures, organizers of production, honored builders of Ukraine, and heads of organizations and corporations.

A powerful educational and production base, a scientific and methodological complex of disciplines in specialties have been created for student training. Each department has modern computer classes that are connected to the INTERNET network.
